Cancellation policies
Reminder SMS / email will be sent to clients before each session. As per NDIS guidelines, cancellation fee* will be charged if:
100% cancellation fee for ‘no shows’ / less than 6 hours notice
75% cancellation fee for 6 – 24 hours hours notice
50% cancellation fee for 24 – 48 hours notice
*We will consider legitimate reasons for cancellation (e.g. sickness, emergency), in which no cancellation fee will be charged
*We will arrange replacement session / telehealth session if appropriate
Clients are required to provide a copy of NDIS plan / goals upon enrolment. A service agreement will be completed after 3-4 sessions.
