Individual session 45 min @ clinic

Group session 60 min @ clinic

$210.16 x 1.5 or 1.75 / number of participants (see annotation B)

Transportation fee for home/facility visit

One-way travel time from clinic to home/facility x $193.99 (max 30 min charge), plus mileage x $0.99 (see annotation C)

NDIS review report 

$387.98 (2 hours x $193.99 charge)

Other services (e.g. workshops, programs/group sessions or half day services at aged care facility)

A. 45 min session time and 20 min planning and non-face-to-face work time is included per session. For clients who pay out of pocket, 10% discount will be given.

B. 60 min session time and non-face-to-face work time is included per session. As per NDIS guideline, group session is charged by dividing hourly rate between number of participants. 

C. One-way transportation time will be charged for home/facility visit which take over 10 min travel. Mileage is charged $0.99 per km as per NDIS guideline. Please discuss with the clinic.  

D. Please discuss with the clinic for individual plans of services such as music therapy groups at school / childcare, a half day services at aged care facility for group sessions / individual sessions, or workshops about music therapy support which suit your needs.
