A. 10 min planning and administration time is included per session. For clients who pay out of pocket, a 10% GST is included in the fee. 

B. 30 min planning and 10 min administration time is included per session. As per NDIS guideline, group session is charged by dividing hourly rate between number of participants. 

C. Transportation fee applied for home visit which take over 15 min travel, with a maximum charge $100. Please discuss with the clinic.  

D. Please discuss with the clinic for individual plans of services such as music therapy groups at school / childcare, a half day services at aged care facility for group sessions / individual sessions, or workshops about music therapy support which suit your needs.
